Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until evenly coated.
Spread cauliflower in a single layer in a Simmer Down Cookware Dutch oven or roasting dish, leaving space between florets for better caramelization.
Roast uncovered for 30–35 minutes, turning once halfway through, until deeply golden with crispy edges.
