Roasted Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 ounces white button mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 ounces shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and sliced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a Simmer Down Cookware Dutch oven or large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until browned and tender, about 6–8 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, if using. Toss to combine.
  5. Top with chopped parsley and serve warm.
