Rich, creamy spinach with garlic and Parmesan makes this steakhouse-style side dish comforting and elegant.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh spinach
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Cook spinach in a Simmer Down Cookware Dutch oven until wilted.
Drain excess liquid.
Add butter and garlic and cook briefly.
Pour in cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
Stir in Parmesan if desired.
Season and serve warm.
