Tender sweet potatoes coated in buttery brown sugar glaze create the perfect comforting holiday-style side dish.
Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
Layer sweet potatoes in a Simmer Down Cookware Dutch oven.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Dot with butter.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
Top with marshmallows if desired and bake uncovered another 10 minutes.
Serve warm.
