Ingredients
- 6 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add green cabbage, purple cabbage, and carrots to a large serving bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper.
