Loaded with eggs, sausage, potatoes, and cheese, this hearty breakfast casserole is perfect for weekends, holidays, and feeding a crowd.
Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Cook sausage in a Simmer Down Cookware Dutch oven until browned.
Spread hash browns evenly in the Dutch oven.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.
Pour over the hash browns and sausage.
Top with cheese.
Bake uncovered at 375°F for 35–40 minutes until set and golden.
Serve warm.
